CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: We have a strict cancellation policy, all services will require an active credit card number to hold their spot. More than 24 hours of appointment time is needed to cancel appointment. Cancelling Less than 24 hours OR no-showing the appointment you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. We strive to make every client happy and know sometimes we can not make every client happy the first round. If any client becomes unsatisfied with any service provided please reach out to that stylist or the Owner, our job is to make sure everyone feels happy when they leave. By law once a service has been received it must be paid for.
